About the artist
Sophie is a fine artist, and moves between materials, subject and concepts fluidly. As a response to last years pandemic she has developed a daily drawing practise from natural forms she finds. These she collages together to create images that represents the floor of the woodlands she explores with her children. For 2021, she has gone back to basics, exploring observational drawing and abstract painting.
