Giving Back

We began in the Fall of 2020 the celebration of Lexington Catholic’s 70th year of educating young men and women for service to their faith, their families, and to the world they are growing up in. You will see throughout this magazine, that your generosity has been a cornerstone of our work. Faculty, students, and staff have the resources to explore the intricacies of academia and the joy of personal and spiritual formation. This is possible because of you in the present, and decades of donors who have come before that, have believed in our Mission. There would be no today if it were not for you. There is a tomorrow because of your sacrifice. You might ask “what have our donors provided?” Each gift, small and large, has contributed to so many opportunities.

educational experience for our students, who are challenged to succeed by an outstanding faculty. This past year, we provided over $700,000 in financial assistance. Many a Lexington Catholic education was made possible

by you. We are committed to spending money on the school’s most important asset-our people. Salaries and benefits for faculty and staff are more than 65% of our total budget.

Our students continue a long tradition of “giving back” to the marginalized in our society. You enable this to happen. You continue, through your financial support, through volunteer efforts, and most importantly, through prayer, to strengthen that mission each year. We hope that whenever you are in the neighborhood, you will stop in to see first-hand what is new, what is creative, and what possibilities the future holds.

Philanthropy is key to sustaining Lexington Catholic’s exceptional educational experience. Every student, along with every member of the faculty and staff, benefits from the gifts we received both last year and in the past. We work hard to be exemplary stewards of these gifts, and we thank you for supporting Lexington Catholic.
