“The beauty of simplicity” became the key design of this project to represent the identity of place and organization by providing a clean and memorable space. As in every other FN Factory Outlet, the owner’s main concept is the use of raw materials such as steel, aluminum, stone, polished cement, wood and glass. The idea is to remind the users about materials and characteristics of FN Outlet but make it feel more luxury and relaxing by choosing different materials such as Asian solid The planning design derives from the idea of simplicity. Due to the design limitation because of the long span columns and the building structure, the planning was designed in relation to a grid line structure and architectural design. The layout has been kept simple. Moreover, it emphasizes the perception of exterior into interior as well. The hallway is an open space with a high ceiling designed with the emphasis on the image of the organization. A straight staircase carries the smart lifestyle and modern architectural aesthetics that create a unique space by its form, materials such as steel and a tempered glass railing. The suspended lamps named “Mouette Symorganization “FLYNOW” before turning into “FN” (Family business).

Kasikorn Business-Technology Group is undergoing a major transformation to support the arrival of the new “FinTech” digital banking era. With this industry-wide revolution, Kasikorn Business-Technology Group recognizes the urgency to change its way of working to suit the more modern and seamless culture that is native to its growing tech savvy community. The traditional big, bulky workstations were deemed inhibitive to communications and mobility across teams and disciplines. The new workstation design however, aims to reduce boundaries and promote communal exchanges. columns combine to create a unique environment which encourages greater creativity and engagement. worse yet, 2.50 meters under the expansive row of beams. The goal is to make the working area as spacious rotations and restructuring. To address this challenge, the “Flexible Tree” was introduced to eliminate the traaesthetics. 19 meters of height space allowed for more room to experiment different design ideas. The main theme was “industrial city” with interplay of day and night lighting which aimed to help the body adjust to 24 hour working environment. Moreover, K-Stadium is the landmark of KBTG building and its legacy. Among the thousands of projects that pass through K-Stadium, only the selected ones are chosen to be displayed on this dynamic stage.

Our proposal was to reconsider a system that dealt with the possibility of an envelope to contain the space while providing a feel of privacy for the restaurant spaces. An array of timber slats have been used as an implication to intricate Japanese materials and craft. Yet without directly imitating traditional technique, the designer introduced a three dimensional array that changed the orientation of the timber slats through theirs axis from horizontal to vertical. This strategy has created a range of space between conceptual envelopes and trajectory of the timber slats. From the front entrance of restaurant, the vertical element has started to form. Gradually rotating and changing the space as it moves through to the outdoor balcony, creating a series of spaces from the vertical partition to the vault-like tubular space which indicates a diverse set-up of seating areas. areas to create a transparency and connection between food preparation and diners.

Since the hotel’s public area is located below the ground surface, the design intention is revolved around the solutions to create an interesting access and maximize space utilization. The outcome is a long linear space starting from the road, inviting the visitors into the entrance hall to the hotel’s public facilities: spa, café, restaurant and swimming pool. All of these public areas have natural ventilation and correlate with a landscape design that can be seen continuously alongside the area. With the design concept of “Stylish beach-life” which has always been true to Veranda’s brand identity. Natural lines and forms are the main language and highly emphasized in the interior design part, especially in the public area where the ceiling is covered with recycled wood in the form of ocean waves, blending in with specia water-effect wall tiles and unique art pieces. This resembles the underwater space, creating a trendy yet comforting, friendly atmosphere to the visitors. The design blends the warm hospitality with clean lines and relaxing colour tones with marine-life decorations

call a rural area in Thailand. This word inspired the designer and lead to the concept of “Baan Nok Kao Krung” the clumsy state when rural people come to town. Beginning with a small pavilion on a big green lawn is a simple lobby with not much decoration. The ceiling is cladded by using the pattern from traditional Thai house panels applied with black painted gypsum board. The doors are painted by artists and are inspired by colorful Thai elements The mixture of local Thai products is still applied to the wardrobe screening curtain by using a white lace fabric as a window curtain in the local Thai house. The mini-bar cabinet imitates a local Thai food closet. The headboard seems to standout most with colourful Thai fabric with patterns used for female cloth cutting. The various patterns of Paa Toong laid overlapping each other like the overlapping of a wooden wall in a local Thai house. With all these interior decorations and simple architectural elements, “Nook Dee” hotel, with its given name seems to be so much fun to the visitors who seek for a different perspective of Thai-ness.

Year 2014

An a symmetrical H-shape building with a curved roofs is inspired by the concept of the art of living as well as living with the art, giving this place the feel of an art gallery. This tropical modern residence is represented and analyzed comprehensively toward the two crucial perspectives: The double volume space of the public family living area is developed to be the gathering space of the house that links everything together. Simultaneously, the double height ceiling space and the anti-gravity steel staircase in the study room is not dissimilar to a modern American library. In front of the house, the displays create an attractive and welcoming atmosphere. The main spiral staircase and stair hall are implemented and feature as the biggest accessible sculpture of the house. Homogeneous material might be the key to the success of this dramatic space that blends the horizontal and vertical elements together. The integrated design: the long ivory stone walls, the unique skin of both interior and exterior, create a sense of integration all over the house. It could be the linkage between the double height library as “a start point” and the main double volume public family-living room as “an end point” mentioned earlier. It also presents a clear sense of direction and accessibility into the private boundaries. Natural light, the other integrated experiment, is the true inspiration that has been crafted and orchestrated into the living quality of this habitat. Moreover, it wakes up the space and increases its volume of life with the lighting that hits the spiral staircase and the master bathroom making the key visuals and impact images of the house obvious.

The design and architectural dialect of the house is enlivened by the conventional Thai house format and anteroom and wholesale area before getting to the primary living space and other spaces. The materials utilized as part of this house are thoroughly modern: off-form concrete, local timber, stone, glass and aluminium. The basic components are made of strengthened concrete. To incorporate a modern feature to the house design, the designer has installed a customized metallic, black aluminium extrusion strip runture solid sheet beneath. This aluminium strip faรงade is likewise intended as air buffer insulation to chill off the primary space during the daytime.

This distinction results in the house’s residential spaces. The living, dining, and entertainment rooms are designed to be larger than average.
