Luštica Bay magazine is a 96-page
glossy publication produced for Luštica Bay,
Montenegro, the largest residential and tourist
development in a country that is rapidly becoming
one of Europe’s top holiday destinations. Luštica
Bay occupies 6.9 million square metres of virgin
coastline on Montenegro’s pristine Luštica
Peninsula. A project developed by Orascom
Development, the resort city will, upon completion,
include a variety of luxury residential properties
from apartments and villas to townhouses, a
marina, seven hotels, shops, cafés and restaurants,
sporting facilities and all the amenities you would
expect for permanent living.
This year’s magazine features a look at the
development 11 years on; showcasing how far
Luštica Bay has come from concept to current day,
to the next steps, which include Centrale, Luštica
Bay’s new town centre. Set to become a new focal
point for the resort, it will combine a tranquil
retreat with all the perks of cosmopolitan life.
