TRADITIONAL Led by a professional chef. Everyone cooks in one big group. Participants interact with the chef and with each other. Banter and ask questions of the chef. Participants show off their dish at the end. We’ll take a group photo to commemorate the event.
Mystery Basket Meets Shark Tank! Participants receive a mystery basket of ingredients. They unbox it in their teams to discover its treasure to cook, collaborate, and present their case for why their dish should win the competition and take home the prize!
It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! Pair a cocktail with a small bite. There’s no better way to lift spirits at the end of the day than with one of our happy hour offerings.
For those who crave more time for conversation, but with the benefit of a chef to guide the experience. If your participants are a bit Zoom weary, this experience is for your group. We’ll kick off the event in a general session, move to virtual breakout rooms where participants will cook together in small teams. The chef will visit each group to check-in on progress. Gather back together in the general session for participants to show off their creations. We’ll take take a group photo to commemorate the event.

A refreshing Moscow Mule is hard to beat, unless it’s spicy of course.
SUPERSNACK ! w e N ATTACK! Sometimes it’s all about variety. Our SuperSnack Attack grazing feast features Guacamole, Cajun Popcorn, and Chile Lime Peanuts. It’s the perfect fun, no stress cooking event. Pair it with a Spicy Moscow Mule or another our cocktails for a super good time. Length of class: 1.5 - 2 hours

DECADENT BROWNIES

Brownies. That name does not do justice to the depth of flavor in these squares of chocolate goodness. That’s why we call them decadent. They are moist and chewy topped with marshmallows and a salted caramel sauce. It’s the perfect afternoon or after dinner treat. Come to think of it, they’re great for breakfast as well. FLATBREAD PIZZA Transform your kitchen into a pizzeria with this cooking experience.You’ll make your own dough and sauce from scratch to create a masterpiece that will have you singing, “That’s Amore”! Vegetarian and Vegan without the addition of the pepperoni Participants will need to source their own cheese, olive oil, and kosher salt.
TEX MEX Make your tastebuds dance with this tasty Tex Mex cooking experience. You’ll make flour tortillas from scratch, chop ingredients for a fresh salsa, learn insider tips on how to slice an avocado, and make a homemade taco filling with Chef Sandra’s taco seasoning blend. Length of class: 2 hours
Vegetarian with the selection of tofu or tempeh as a protein for the tacos. Participants will need to source their own cheese, fresh herbs, protein for the tacos, and kosher salt.

PAELLA Fan the flames of community with the vibrant flavors and colors of paella. Traditionally served as the centerpiece for communal gatherings of all sizes, paella is the perfect comfort cooking experience. You will chop vegetables and assemble the paella with Chef Sandra’s paella seasoning blend. While the paella cooks you’ll steam the seafood needed to top this delicious and beautiful one-skillet meal. Length of class: 2 hours

WINTER FEAST Pork tenderloin with a juniper berry and allspice rub takes center stage in this beautiful and delicious dish. It’s served over parmesan polenta with thyme and rosemary, and topped with a savory tomato and sweet red pepper jam. It’s comfort food served on a plate that will also cheer heart and soul. SALSARITA HAPPY HOUR It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! There’s no better way to lift spirits at the end of the day than with our SalsaRita Happy Hour. Make a cooking margarita with fresh limes. Once that has wet your whistle you’ll make a fresh salsa or guacamole, and learn a thing about knife skills in the process. Length of class: 1 hour

“WHAT’S FOR DINNER?” Are you ready to transform the health and wellness of your workforce? Life At The Table’s “What’s For Dinner?” Cooking Series will do just that. This is series of virtual cooking classes that teach the FABULOUS 5 Cooking Skills. Participants will benefit from one class or we can deliver the entire series for the opportunity to earn a “Certified Home Cook” certificate. Modeled like a culinary school class, participants discuss the skill, watch a demo of the skill and then practice the skill with the chef available to answer questions as they cook. No ingredient kits are shipped for these classes. Participants are provided with a detailed list of ingredients and equipment needed.
