Culinary Team Building

COOKA DELICIOUS MEAL

Led by a professional chef. Everyone cooks in one big group. Participants interact with the chef and with each other. Banter and ask questions of the chef. Participants show off their dish at the end. We’ll take a group photo to commemorate the event.

Lentils have a long history with the human race being one of the first crops domesticated in the Near East. Modeled like a culinary school class, participants discuss a cooking skill and watch a chef demo of the skill. All of the sessions are interactive and the chef encourages questions and comments. Each class in the series is a standalone unit. Participants can earn a “Certified Home Cook” certificate with participation in all six of the classes in the series.
