Fresh Cleaning SErvices LTD

Company Profile Fresh Cleaning Services has been in business for over ten years and we pride ourselves not only on the high standard of work that we produce but on the communication/logistics and organisation that we insist within all projects. Dale Stephens, our Operations Director, ensures that all of our customers are supported with thorough and regular communication. There are many reasons behind this method and benefits to it, but overriding all of them is the simple fact that we are proactive rather than reactive, meaning that if there are any problems - as there inevitably and frequently are in the cleaning environment - Dale and his team are able to extinguish them before they become an issue. The company also prides itself on its longstanding relationships with clients and to date we have never lost a client through any fault of our company. We have a core of clients that have been with us since the beginning and continue to be happy with our service. Fresh have developed a careful strategy, slowly growing organically to ensure we are able to deliver on what we
promise. Unfortunately in today’s business community it is very common to over-promise and under-deliver but we have made sure all systems and communications are in place to ensure this doesn’t happen. As we stand in 2014, our clients span from Hastings, along the coast to Brighton, up to Crawley and we are now planning and quoting work in the London area. Of course our intention is to expand, albeit slowly and carefully. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by prioritising the training and vetting of our staff (all English speaking) and the communication with our client and ensuring that the standard of our work is consistently to the highest level. It is also worth pointing out that Dale and the supervisory staff are all fully trained in chemicals and cleaning procedures of all types (ie, floors and fabrics). Clare Fermor controls all administration and accounts for the business and her meticulous attention to detail ensures that all paper trails, time sheets and invoicing are completely accurate.
