25 YEARS ANNIVERSARY Since 1995, LIGHT-POINT has been producing innovative lighting products based on a long tradition for superior quality and craftsmanship. We produce products that are suited for both indoors and outdoors. The minimalist design collection consist of products that can either fit seamlessly to any surface for a discrete feel, or surface mounted to add an aesthetic dimension to a space. Our products are suitable for both commercial and residential markets and we work closely with architects and designers to find the perfect solution to suit all our customersâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; needs.

Rose Gold has been admired for decades for its deep reflection and warmth of its surface, naturally a colour choice that would fit with our product design language. With gently brushed and reflective surfaces, each lamp in the collection brings elegance and warmth to any room. The rose gold colour shines from day to night, light to dark — maintaining an ultra-modern elegance and richness regardless of trends. Our Rose Gold colour is unique and classic at the same time. Lars Vejen, Architect and designer My professional passion is very simple; I love finding and shaping the good idea! Enjoy seeing it realized in collaboration with talented people within their separate fields of handcraft, engineering, marketing, sales, logistics. Design thinking when it is best and works in full understanding and acknowledgement of the value of all people involved in a product development. I use my background as an architect to extract the essence of a need. To see a potential in the context of a space, in architecture and in the people without whom none of it would make much sense. Great inspiration is, for me, found simply by living life! Seeing the way human, things, shapes, nature, structures and elements interacts. Knowledge gathered from years of experience with a wide range of very different professional partners gives me valuable insight and cross-references to enhance my creativity. It is always the same great pleasure finding the right solution. Finding the balance.

Nital Patel, Head of Design, LIGHT-POINT Nital is a uniquely experienced creative professional, who has been working with high-end, design-led brands for many years.

This approach puts a sense of context, aesthetics and materiality at the centre of the creative vision, and is underpinned by a strong commercial awareness.

An industrial designer, trained in the UK, Nital’s creative acumen has been heavily informed by a Scandinavian design approach, honed whilst working for an awardwinning luxury goods manufacturer JACOB JENSEN, based in Denmark.

Regardless of a brand’s country of origin, Nital can recognise a brand’s strengths, and where these could be positioned to achieve strong brand awareness, increased revenue and competitive advantage.

FACET collection Reddot Winner 2019 Design: Design Studio Lars Vejen The ultra-modern Facet wall lamp combines functionality with an intriguing asymmetric appearance. The idea behind the Facet wall lamp, which was designed by Danish architect Lars Vejen, was to create a simple, functional and durable design, that would become a future classic in terms of lighting. The design is based on an asymmetric extruded aluminium profile. Two different angles are cut in to shape the profile, one at the top and one at the bottom, so the dimmable LED light source spreads through the design upwards

and downwards. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is available in two sizes. The design is available in either black or white versions. The production of the Facet lamp merges industrial processes with a handcrafted finish, to achieve a streamlined product, yet one with the required attention to detail. In this way, form and function seamlessly work together to balance the overall design of the product. In 2019, the collection received the prestigious international Red Dot award for high-quality design.

LANTERN collection Reddot Winner 2019 Design: Marie Holsting The award-winning LANTERN collection is a contemporary take on the classic lamp shape that dates back centuries.

Several LANTERN wall lamps can be lined up together on a wall to create a more decorative element.

The LANTERN collection designed by Danish designer Marie Holsting, has a rectangular shape and a solid black structured finish, made from aluminium and glass. It comes in wall, floor and portable table versions and has a built-in LED light source. This radiates an interplay of angles and geometric shapes that gives the collection its distinctive graphical and architectural appeal.

The LANTERN floor light, meanwhile, is an elegant option for outdoors. It creates a light-filled and calming space in the dark.

The wall version comes in two sizes and is also weatherproof, so it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Indoors, it can create a cosy and intimate lighting effect, both as a single light source or in combination with ceiling lamps.

In 2019, the collection received the prestigious international Red Dot award for high-quality design, and later that year received a Danish Design Award nomination in the category “Lamp of the year”.

The floor lights work well as decorative individual pieces or grouped together as an installation. They are also effective as secondary lighting in larger spaces, such as illuminating a passageway.

SOHO collection Reddot Winner 2020 Design: Ronni Gol SOHO is a wall-mounted LED lighting system, based on recessed round tiles that can be placed creatively on the wall in every imaginable pattern. The collection is a perfect mood setter, allowing you to freely create visual presence in the design of a room. Originally designed in 2015, the newest collection in brushed anodised rose gold finish are the newest relaunch of decorative lamp collection. SOHO is ideal for multipurpose rooms in residential homes as well as in shops, studios, showrooms, offices and hotel lobbies.

SOHO consists of 5 different sizes, each recessed slightly further away from the wall, allowing for overlapping patterns. Based on individual design, SOHO enables for unlimited number of tiles in one set-up. The collection is available in a range of colours to choose from. The pallet includes black, white and gold in a structured powder coated finish, and a newly released rose gold in brushed finish. Each lamp is made from CNC machined high quality aluminium, which has been the best choice of material for absorbing heat created by the LED’s.

VANTAGE collection Reddot Winner 2020 Design: Nital Patel VANTAGE is a state-of-the-art LED spot lamp that works optically, spreading light further, wider and softer. Replacing traditional reflectors with an optic glass provides glare free light, eliminating annoyance to the eyes. The conical shape adds an aesthetic dimension to any ceiling or wall. The spot can be pivoted at 90 degrees to the mounting point and rotated almost 360 degrees, providing maximum light versatility to a typical fixed spot lamp.

The collection is made up of two sizes and three colours; two models in a structured powder coated black and white models and in a brushed anodised rose gold. Each lamp is made from CNC machined high quality aluminium which has been the best choice of material for absorbing heat created by the LED.

General terms of sale and delivery The following terms and conditions cover all deliveries and services from LIGHT-POINT A/S, unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.

Tender A tender is binding for three weeks from the date of the tender. Dispatch/return of goods Delivery will be EXW LIGHT-POINT A/S’ warehouse (Incoterms 2000) unless other terms have been explicitly agreed upon. When buying any of LIGHT-POINT A/S’ goods for resale buyer shall defray all freight charges himself. Dispatch will take place at buyers’ own account and risk. When delivery has been agreed to be free of carriage the cost of dispatch is included in the price and the dispatch will be at the risk of LIGHT-POINT A/S. Buyer is only entitled to annul the order due to delay provided delivery is delayed for more than 30 days. Returned goods will only be received when prior agreement of return has been reached and then only in the original wrapping and in an undamaged state. A copy of the delivery note or the invoice must accompany the returned goods. Erroneous orders for standard goods will be deducted 20% for handling and control. Special goods, procured goods and unwrapped light sources will not be accepted for return. Prices All prices are current prices stated in DKK exclusive VAT, government taxes and light sources unless otherwise stated. All prices are stated without prejudice to printing errors, price changes and discontinued goods. Payment Unless otherwise stated in LIGHT-POINT A/S’ tender or other written agreement our terms of payment are net cash at delivery/collection. At delay in payment a fee of DKK 100.00 and interest of 2% per commencing month will be added. Notification of defects Buyer is obligated to examine the goods immediately after receiving them. Notification of defects must be given to LIGHT-

POINT A/S within 8 days of delivery. If buyer does not notify LIGHT-POINT A/S of defects within this time-limit he will not be able to cite any defects at a later date. Expenses incurred by buyer in connection with cited defects are not covered by LIGHT-POINT A/S unless LIGHT-POINT A/S has received the notification of defects and has given a written acceptance to cover the costs. Warranty Products which have a manufacturing fault or a flaw in the material will be repaired without cost or exchanged in accordance with the rules in the Danish Sale of Goods Act and to the same extent that the warranty from subsuppliers covers. Light sources are not covered by warranty. Exemption of liability Non-fulfilment including delay or delivery of defective goods will only justify buyer compensation provided buyer documents that the non-fulfilment is caused by gross negligence on the part of LIGHT-POINT A/S. However LIGHT-POINT A/S is in no case responsible for operating loss, loss of time, loss of profits or other like indirect losses including daily fines inflicted on buyer. Product liability The company is only responsible for product liability in accordance to the rules in the Danish Product Liability Act. Beyond this the company is not responsible for product liability. Disputes Disagreements in connection with the cooperation of the parties with reference to this agreement must be solved according to Danish law, in as much as the parties agree that the venue shall be the Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen or alternatively the City Court of Copenhagen.
