The Vision The rationale behind the college’s latest centre, The Learning Exchange, was in response to the challenges facing further and higher education institutions from the twenty first century learner. Over the past decade, young people have embraced advances in technology and want the same mobile and wireless technology used in their everyday lives to be a readily available means of access to information and communication for their work and study life. Liverpool Community College has developed a campus that recognises the value of personalised and flexible access to learning. This innovative approach will ensure that Liverpool Community College remains one of the leading colleges in the sector and the first choice for learning in the city.
