It is with great pleasure that I am able to welcome you to the sixth annual edition of the Leaders Sport Performance Summit in London.
Supporters
Following extensive feedback, this year we decided to move the summit to Arsenal FC to become a standalone event. This has enabled us to grow the event’s size and introduce intimate break-out sessions, more time for networking and a guaranteed media free environment - allowing speakers to talk more comfortably and openly about the issues affecting the world of performance and enhancing your learning experience. In the room today are over 500 of sport’s very top practitioners, spanning over 25 countries and countless sports. You’ll have the opportunity to attend sessions led by Managers and Players from top European Leagues, Olympic Gold Medal winning Coaches, iconic practitioners from the US, Australia, New Zealand and beyond, all dedicated to the pursuit of excellence. I would like to thank our speakers for committing their time and expertise.
02
None of this would be possible without the loyal support of our sponsors, exhibitors and delegates. It has been a pleasure working with them and we look forward to building a long and mutually beneficial relationship going forward. A special thanks goes to our main partners for the event: Aspetar, Keiser, Catapult Sports and GSK Human Performance Lab. I strongly recommend you review the enclosed up to date conference programme, as well as this event guide, to see how you can get the most out of the next two days. I know the event will enable you to share knowledge, take away new insights and build relationships across the world of sport. I look forward to meeting as many old and new friends as possible. Best wishes,

Participants will get to grips with the conscious and sub-conscious mind and discover how the brain processes feelings and emotions, directly impacting the body and physical behaviour.
Nothing Left to Chance: Revolutionary Technology for Monitoring Athlete Performance and Recovery
Data such as medical-grade electrocardiogram or true respiration, being able to be captured in the field of sport, or during the night, represent a disruptive change in the field of human performance. They can revolutionize the performance and recovery analysis capabilities of clubs, trainers and medical experts alike. Combining such unique technology with a holistic approach that includes health, biomechanics, nutrition, and mental energy beyond training and recovery, allows athletes to consistently perform at their optimum level. In this unique session, a Formula 1 trainer and triathlete focuses on various use cases such as recovery related to jet lag and heavy training, breathing techniques during sport and heat management in extreme conditions.
