P8 Summit 26 - 27 November 2014

Welcome

Welcome

James Worrall Chief Executive Officer LEADERS

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to this P8 Summit. It is fantastic to see some of the world’s leading sports performance practitioners coming together to discuss the latest trends, strategies and techniques to improve the performance of their athletes, teams and organisations. This is the 3rd UK P8 Summit we have organized and every time we get together it makes for a truly unique experience. The opportunity to explore ideas and share experiences (good and bad) with genuine peers in a very intimate, non-commercial and private setting is one that we value greatly. As always, a great deal of thought has gone into the format, content and itinerary to ensure our time together is maximized.

As I’m sure you can appreciate, the organisation of such a unique event requires the support of a number of people. So, first and foremost, I would like to thank each of you for taking time away from your busy schedules to make the P8 Summit possible. I would also like to add a special note of thanks to Stuart Lancaster and Pennyhill Park Hotel for hosting the Summit. I hope you find the P8 Summit a memorable and enjoyable experience. Best wishes, James Worrall

About The P8 Summit

The P8 concept is based on the need for an exclusive sports ‘brain trust’, where participants come together for two days to exchange best practice, uncover new insights and identify trends in the pursuit of excellence. Only a hand select group of world-class practitioners, working with elite teams and athletes at the highest level, are invited to take part. To maintain the privacy and integrity of the gathering media and sponsors are not allowed any access to the group.

“The purpose of the P8 Summit is to create an intimate ‘closed door’ environment, in a private location that preserves the integrity of the forum and the quality of the shared learning.”
