Welcome Welcome to Williamsburg and First Night! The First Night Williamsburg Board of Directors welcomes you to our City and New Year’s Eve Event! We will be looking for you throughout the night. We have entertainers and food for everyone. The entertainment begins at the KIDS SHOW at 3 pm at the Matthew Whaley School, and will conclude with fireworks designed for little people at 7:30 PM. Great opportunity for young families with small children, and grandparents are welcome too! The main stages will light up with entertainment at 6 pm. The Grand Finale Show and Fireworks will once again be held at Zable Stadium beginning at 11:30 pm. Enjoy the evening!

Enjoy a variety of entertainment: singers, instrumentalists, magicians, clowns, storytellers, strings, winds, blue grass, folk, Broadway, African, patriotic, jazz, R&B, blues. First Night has it all! Food and Beverages are available in many places across town. Buses: We provide complimentary buses throughout the entertainment circuit. Park in satellite parking and begin your evening with a free ride! Parking: a new parking garage located on the campus of William & Mary off Ukrops Drive; the two level parking deck on North Boundary Street at the corner of Lafayette Street; behind Matthew Whaley School; north of Court Street between South Henry and Nassau Streets; at the Williamsburg Regional Library; behind the Community Center, and William & Mary Campus Center. Doing First Night Right Read through your First Night program and select your favorite performances. Plan your evening. Try to find at least one alternative event nearby. Because of limitations on seating capacity, First Night cannot guarantee that you will be able to see every performance. Wear your First Night 2011 button for admission to all acts.

Arrive early. Wear comfortable shoes. Please stay for only one performance and move on to the next to share seating with others. Food & Beverages are available for sale at several locations. Print any important information you need from the website. Performers are featured there. www.firstnightwilliamsburg.org

Car-pool whenever possible. Park your car and walk or take the complimentary First Night buses to events. Buses run every 15 minutes from 6 pm – 1 am.
