HELPING YOU MEET YOUR 2024 GOALS As you change the calendar from December to January, there’s always a bit of a thrill in the promise of a new year that’s full of potential…a perfect opportunity to make resolutions that will help strengthen one’s spirit, mind, and body. However, many of us find our resolutions thrown out along with the holiday decorations. It’s no wonder—starting the New Year by making sweeping cuts to our diets and declarations that we’ll hit the gym 18 times a week doesn’t exactly set us up for success. We encourage you to reframe those resolutions and lean on our facilities, programs, services, and experienced staff to see the sustained lifestyle change you may be seeking. Here are just a few of those things available: Join our Road to Wellness Program (January 29 – April 21) Join an accountability team of members to become comfortable on the wellness floor and experience a variety of group exercise formats. Throughout the 12 weeks, you will enjoy the benefits and support from a Wellness Coach leading your team through the barriers that are keeping you from reaching your wellness goals. Get started here! Take advantage of our FREE Wellness Appointments Available with YMCA membership, we invite you to take advantage of your free wellness appointments to discuss your goals and how to best reach them. Our health assessments measure cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition scan by Evolt, blood pressure, and resting heart rate. Schedule your appointment today! Looking for 1-on-1 support? Our Personal Trainers are here to help! Personal Training at the Y is designed to help members achieve specific and measurable goals, ease any fears and anxieties, and take their health to the next level.
