The project was done as a group And consisted of first completing a research and comparison between the new campus of the American University in Cairo located in New Cairo and the old campus located in downtown Cairo. Afterwards, it was required to design an educational hospital as part of the university complex in the new campus based on the researched architecture, features, design concept and surrounding.
Research and Comparison AUC new and old campus
Old campus
The Comparison of both campuses was conducted by focusing on the human experience in each of the two campus. Both were analyzed in terms of a sequential pace diagram which looks at the paths taken within the campus and the different densities at different locations throughout that path etc.

These are designed to stand out of the rest of the building design for the different function by have a curved faรงade rather than a rectilinear. They are an educational space for students from the departments of science, humanities and social sciences as well as the arts to come and conduct research or aid the medical students in applying and understanding new medical techniques.
