The Reason For Creating This Exclusive Magazine There is no medium of advertising currently on the market that brings the industry together as a whole where the consumer is provided with a selection (the menu of opportunity) that’s required when looking at building a new home. Advertising and branding for market share is an extremely competitive environment, your business relies on innovative ways to engage with consumers.


This road map of the construction industry is to assist consumers make a decision on where they want to live and how they want to build. Right from the beginning, when purchasing the land, we need the conveyancing solicitors to settle the land purchase through to the house sale. The broker and financial services are required to get the finance to purchase the land and finance the construction. The trade and building supplies are required during the selection process as is the interior decorating services. The industry associations and the informative editorial will provide the market with statistical and educational information to provide confidence and the reasons why they need to purchase that new home and or invest in property. The real-estate agencies bring the services required to manage investment stock, although more importantly our network of current agents are not your typical suburban home sellers, our network includes project marketing professionals and current and exprincipals. The current network of agents have in excess of over 700,000 people in the current database whereby the magazine will also be created as an e-magazine and emailed to this huge database of over 700,000 potential clients. This magazine will be printed three times a year with a circulation of 30,000 copies to be distributed throughout the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers NSW through land estate sales offices, trade outlets, real-estate agencies, home shows, coffee shops, waiting rooms including doctors, dentists, solicitors, brokers, tyre stores and hairdressing salons to name a few. This unique magazine is free of charge and will not be distributed to existing homes. Kline homes is not profiting from this magazine, the cost to advertise is to only cover the cost to prepare, print and distribute.
