Total Resource Campaign HOW THE TRC BENEFITS CHAMBER MEMBERS
Have you heard the term TRC and wondered what it means?
TRC stands for “Total Resource Campaign,” and the Longview Chamber of Commerce is entering its 10th annual TRC and is eager to share all about it. The TRC is a ten-week volunteer driven effort to create marketing and strategic partnerships with members. The Longview Chamber of Commerce is committed to partnering with your company so that you can reach your target market and fulfill your marketing goals. Over the last nine years, over 200 members have partnered with the Chamber to make connections and share marketing opportunities with the membership at large. The TRC is not just about seeking sponsorships for chamber events throughout the year: it’s about providing opportunities for members to gain name recognition, provide interactive experiences, and promote their company during Chamber events and programs that seek to further the Longview business environment and community-at-large. During this campaign time, over 80 volunteers from the business community reach out to many of the 1,100 plus Longview Chamber members to help them determine how to effectively use marketing dollars to support the programs of the chamber that support their business interests. In partnering with the Chamber to market your company, the dollars secured during the TRC are used to support the strategic plan of the Longview Chamber of Commerce through its advocacy, programing and services efforts for the coming year. The 2020 Total Resource Campaign, chaired by Dana Parr, President of Advanta Insurance Partners, is set to begin in September.
