Activity stations placed along hallways provide residents an activity for curiosity, stimulation, and routine. Allowing both men and women areas that pique their interest and creativity.

Residents with little access to the health benefits that natural daylight provides can suffer from a host of poor health conditions. Our circadian rhythms are maintained best when we have access to plenty of natural light and a dark room to guarantee a good night’s sleep. Tunable lighting controls the indoor lighting system to mimic natural daylight patterns, which keeps us happy and healthy.

This cool light temperature gives off a bright and energizing hue to jump start the day. 6500K mimics the cool morning hue of the sky before the sun rises. The blue light waves have a stimulating effect on the brain.
As the day begins to wind down, the hue neutralizes. The energizing effect of the cool light temperature is softened with a hint of red to begin to warm the light ever so subtly.

This neutral tone of light is perfect for the middle of the day, or when residents are feeling awake and don’t need help getting sleepy.
This light gives a cozy feeling and is easy on the eyes. The warm temperature with red light promotes sleepiness and will naturally cue the body to get ready for bedtime. 7

Living plants nurtured with care provide the healing power of mother nature’s influence on mental health and wellbeing in any room. A wide variety of plants can live inside supported by automated watering and feeding.
M OS S WALLS
An easy way to invoke nature into an interior space, moss walls never change color and look beautiful year round. Completely encapsulated, they require no water, feeding, or trimming, and are very easy to maintain, needing no more than an occasional dusting.
