Amendments
The following Amendments below were passed in House of Delegates during International Convention 1. In order to form a new district, the proposed area must include at least 15 active Key Clubs and 450 active members. 2. Any person not in high school or any educational equivalent, who has performed some distinguished public service, may be elected an honorary member for one year. Honorary members shall pay no dues and are entitled to all the privileges of a Key Clubbers. 3. 50 cents of dues of each member shall no longer be deposited into the Youth Opportunities Fund to create endowments to fund grants and scholarships-rather, the funds will go towards Key Club International’s deficit. 4. Dues Increase- a $0.50 will take effect next year, increasing dues to $7 5. Membership in Key Club International covers one’s tenure in high school.

What happened after? Barry Seng, from the Pennsylvania district was assigned to be our international Trustee along with the districts of Texas-Oklahoma and INSERT PHOTO. Wisconsin Upper Michigan.
