｜What is Red Wings？「红色羽翼」
| About Red Wings On Shanghai’s way of developing into an international and prosperous city, Shanghai has left many problems, of which a very important one is the increasing number of empty-nesters. The aged are left home alone, feeling lonely, drown in domestic chores, lost interest in new things and even get alzheimers. Volunteers in community schools for the aged will help change it!
| Vision: Spread our red wings in communities, bring love and warmth to the elderly and experience culture beat!

| Main Idea:
The innovation of our project lies in its broader range of experience opportunities to enjoy and the idea of pursuing culture beats by deepening the impact of activities.
Provide an innovative platform where our target population is who are eager to learn English and curious about foreign cultures including community residents, Chinese college students, etc. By holding cultural activities of a broader range, both sides can actually feel culture beat.

| About Green Power Now Green Power Now is about clean energy and environment issues, one of the biggest national projects of AIESEC in Mainland of China.
| Vision: Cultivate the mindset and behavior of Chinese teenagers towards a sustainable future by empowering them with the skills, knowledge, mentorship and financial resources to succeed in running green projects.

| General Job Description -
Get training from environmental NGOs & Organizing Committee Teach high school students about in English Design and give lessons to high school students on environment knowledge Discuss and help students design and run their own environmental project Working and exploring China with buddies Working in a multi-culture team
| What Criteria for you -
Efficient, patient, capable of program designing Excellent communication skills English language ability Creative thinking and be proactive Basic knowledge of environmental protection

| About Shanghai Memory A deep-viewing project for you to experience Shanghai culture, have a new thought of Shanghai development and create Shanghai memories through volunteering and other activities.

| About Elf from the Star A new project in AIESEC FDU that care for autism kids and handicapped kids. The organizers believe that arts can help the kids express themselves and help them improve their confidence.
| Vision: Heal the autism kids and handicapped kids step by step with arts and love we bring to them.
｜What is Elf from the Star？「来自星星的孩子」
General Job Description: - Be trained to be the teacher and friend of those kids. - Accompany the kids to go to arts class and inspire them with music or shows when they are making art pieces to heal themselves with the team. - Play games with the kids to make them involve in group and express their ideas and feelings. - Hold special events for the kids.
