Hey ARMY, The Executive Board has been selected. Alec, Berry, Shaquille, Luigi, Deydamia and Cano passed through a process that helped us select the best Vice Presidents we could ask for. But we’re not complete yet. To achieve our vision, we will need new approaches. We need to focus on different things to achieve more. There is a new focus we will need in 2016. We need an 8th EB Member. If you know you have what it takes to be part of the EB of AIESEC in UTP, keep reading. Stage 3, The Plot Twist, Begins NOW.
The Focus In 2016, we will be Leadership Centric. And the best way of making that leadership make an impact, is through empowering every stakeholder to help us deliver our promise. Our iGIP Partners has the most power and resources to boost our results, extend our reach, and deliver this promise. We will start 2016 having a partnership with more than 10 companies, and we need to make each and every one of them leadership-centric. That will only happen with Account Managers that understand the AIESEC Way, and can empower companies with it. It only happens with an Account Management that is able to make our purpose economically attractive. It only happens with Account Managers that care about every Interns’ experience, and understand the importance of clear communication.
A Step Forward. We need the new Team Leader of Account Managers to step forward and show LATAM how we empower every Partner with our purpose to truly develop leadership in every experience. We need you to be our

1 The Questionnaire Mon Oct 12 – Wed Oct 14
This will be short but focused. A 5 questions application, and an interview.
The Focus 2 The Evaluation Thu Oct 15th
3 The Announcement Friday Oct 16th, during SPRINT
The Questionnaire will be functional, while the Evaluation will consist of an Interview, focused on understanding your profile, purpose and mindset. The Announcement will be during SPRINT.

The AM Questionnaire 1. Describe the ideal “Transition Process” between an actual Account Manager and a new one. Include: I. A proposed timeline (Considering AM’s must be ready to perform before 2016 starts) II. Touchpoints. III. The information that he or she must know and handle by the end of this process. Remember to identify who is responsible in each part of the process. Be very specific. 2. Present the timeline of the complete process from the moment the stakeholder sends the JQ until MATCH occurs. Highlight the communication that must exist with delivery, the applicants, and the HR manager in order to achieve this. Include also all the documentation necessary (Acceptance note, price quote, etc) and in which part of the process they must be sent and the importance to meet the DDL in each part of the process. 3. For every partner we have (don’t include the ones BD signed this semester) mention the biggest problem we’ve had and detail the consequences of the situation. Then, mention what was done to solve the problem and what needs to be done to make sure the situation never happens again. 4. How would you impulse our focus program for 2016 through Account Management? Be specific about your actions. 5. The goals of an Account Manager are to maintain and improve the relationship with our partners, to sell more OPEN’s (Upscaling), align the partner’s purpose with ours and to work together to truly offer our interns a challenging experience to develop their leadership. Based on this, present the three main projects you will work on as the elected AM Coordinator and which results you expect to achieve with each one of them
