Team Zanib Naveed was crowned Miss Pakistan World in 2012. She established the Miss Pakistan U.S.A pageant with the vision and intention of building a positive environment throughout the Pakistani community by unifying and empowering Pakistani women. Her objective for the Miss Pakistan U.S.A pageant is to provide a platform that will allow Pakistani women to promote their culture, values, and heritage but most importantly to promote women empowerment through education. Zanib Naveed encourages all Pakistani women to utilize the platform the pageant provides as an instrument to convey to the world what Pakistani women epitomize.

Ali Haider Shah is the Co-founder and Event Coordinator of Miss Pakistan U.S.A Pageant. Mr. Shah has successfully coordinated the Miss Pakistan U.S.A Pageant implementing the skills acquired via his graduate studies in Management. He is responsible for many diverse aspects that make up the pageant including but not limited to determining the date, time and location. Through his exceptional networking skills, he has been able to utilize various media outlets such as television, radio, newspaper, and social media as a medium to advertise the pageant. He embodies the requirements of event coordinator for the Miss Pakistan U.S.A Pageant for his attention to detail and his tireless efforts which continue to make this event an ongoing success. Monica Ahuja graduated from The Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 2016 with a degree in Management. She has experience working with several event management companies (i.e. Intense Entertainment and Etnika Organization). Also, she is credited with founding a school-funded organization Desi Beats Club. Monica is an ambitious, creative, and very well organized businesswoman. She possesses strong leadership and co-operative skills which allow her to work well individually and communally. The Miss Pakistan U.S.A pageant is a platform through which Monica continues to exploit her skills. She contributes intuitively to the already well-established organization. For the past three years, Monica has garnered increasing respect. From her beginnings, as a choreographer, she has demonstrated her proficiency in the formation and execution of events, leading her to ultimately becoming the pageant’s official event manager.

Symbal Shahzadi was a finalist for the Miss Pakistan U.S.A 2018 pageant. After her participation and being a finalist, she has worked in organizing the Miss & Mrs. Pakistan USA 2019 pageant. Her vision through this platform is for women to become leaders in their communities and for women to empower others to make a positive change throughout the world.

Ali Naveed has been hosting The Miss & Mrs. Pakistan U.S.A pageant annually. Ali has been an Emcee for the past 12 years dating back to his days at Pace University. Due to the success of Miss & Mrs. Pakistan U.S.A pageant and the great reviews received, Ali established the HypeMan Group (Company for his hosting services throughout the DC, Maryland and Virginia area).

About Miss & Mrs. Pakistan USAÂ is a beauty pageant for Pakistani women worldwide. The Miss Pakistan U.S.A pageant seeks to promote qualities which emphasize the beauty, intelligence, culture, and heritage Pakistani women embody. Although the pageant is based in North America it welcomes women from around the world who possess solid goals, a positive vision and an unwavering determination to promote Pakistani culture and values. In 2019 the Sixth Annual Miss Pakistan U.S.A as well as the Second Annual Mrs. Pakistan U.S.AÂ Pageant will be held and the newly crowned Miss & Mrs. Pakistan U.S.A will carry on the legacy established by her predecessor with pride and honor.

Safa Ijaz It still feels surreal! I still can’t believe its been a year since I’ve been crowned as Miss Pakistan USA 2018. The feeling of representing your country, everywhere you go, is unexplainable. I stepped out of my comfort zone and i do not regret a bit. The crown and the title brings a lot of responsibilities on your shoulders. It has taught me to be a better version of myself, it has brought me an amazing amount of will power and courage. Its not only about your outer beauty but how strong of a woman you are. The title itself has brought me so much strength and discipline in my life that I wouldn’t have had otherwise. Failures have come my way, I’ve fallen so many times but my title has taught me to get up and strive harder. The community I belong to did bring me appreciation but it also brought me criticism. My title taught me that I could completely detach myself and move on. I always look how i can better myself in every aspect of my life so i can represent and speak up for every Pakistani woman out there. The love and support I constantly get from people is overwhelming. I was never good at making friends and always had a hard time opening up with people but this pageant has surely brought people into my life that I’m really close to and who’ve always been there for me no matter what. I thought I’d never fit in but i was completely wrong. So, if you think you have even that 1% of the chance, step up and go for it. It worked for me and I’m sure it’ll work for you as well.

JUDGES Ambreen Bashir is well known for her Company Ambreen Bashir Designers Lounge . Her boutique is extremely popular amongst the South Asian Community. She is affiliated with many fashion labels. Ambreen has her own Bridal Collection and formal wear Couture house, it has since become one of the most recognized South Asian Fashion house in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. To recognize her work, a popular show host Sahir Lodhi in Pakistan hosted her, interviewed and showcased her label. That’s an accomplishment when your homeland recognizes your tremendous work portal.

Junaid Bashir(Johnny) A businessman, social activist and philanthropist. He Has organized fundraisers for Shaukat Khanum Memorial hospital, Sahara Hospital, Fatmeed Foundation for Thalassemia patients , Eidhi foundation, Pakistan flood and earthquake victims , local Mosques and for many Political personalities.

Candiace Dillard Bassett is a sassy and savvy 32-year-old former Miss United States, hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. At an early age, the Real Housewives of Potomac star learned what excellence looked like from observing her parents, who served in the United States Air Force and worked in different facets of the medical field. A graduate of Howard University, she served a tenure in the White House Offices of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs, where she liaised between the White House and the African American community for President Barack Obama. She later traded in her suit and heels for the campaign trail, where she served as a staffer for President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign. In 2013, Candiace won the crown and title of Miss United States and hasn’t looked back since 14

Ayesha Manzur Balouch I was born in a military family and grew up in Islamabad, Pakistan. i am blessed with three beautiful kids and an amazing husband. I have done my bachelors in Economics and Political Science. Since childhood I have had love for fashion. I would make sure not to miss a single Miss world and fashion industry. Therefore I decided to do cosmetology. I am a certified cosmetologist from Paul Mitchell School. And a certified makeup artist from Graham Webb Academy Arlington VA.Besides this I have been lead makeupartist for various TV serals and have worked closely with Pakistani celebs.

Syed Muju Khan Is from Peshawar, Pakistan. He Worked as a show host at AVT khaber TV- for a short period of time. He completed his MBA from Golden beacom college in Delaware. He’s a franchisee owner of Popeyes’s Louisiana kitchen with multiple locations. He’s the CEO and the owner of Alpha Language service in Maryland and the Alpha Traders International, an Import/Export Company. He’s also the member and motivational trainer for John Maxwell International team and the President of I am Pakistan (World wide moment) for Washington/ Maryland.

Dr Samia Waseem is a graduate from the King Edward Medical College from Lahore . She did her private Practice locally as a family Physician. She has been active in Appna Alliance and was the President of the DC/ Maryland / Virginia APPNA local chapter. She has helped organize events for Charities such as Shaukut Khanam memorial Hospital .

Sajjad Tarar Is a law student in the mid eighties, He was born at Mandi Baha ud Din and my early education and BA is from Islamabad. He obtained his law degree from the University of Punjab and Masters of law from the University of Baltimore. He has served on several finance committees of many governors, senators and congressmen. He held many political appointments including, advisor to the governor for transportation. He has served on Small business commission and still the chair of the South Asian affairs commission in Maryland. He’s the founder and chairman of the Muslims for Trump and Was the first muslim ever spoke at RNC in Cleveland Ohio. He was also a speaker at the presidential Inauguration. 15
