“SHE DESIGNED A LIFE SHE LOVED.”

residential

CASATI Casati is a 1,000 square foot house located in sunny St. George Utah. The inspiration for this house was from a bicycle. The steel exterior architecture symbolizes the bicycle wheel and handle bars. This modern house was designed for a couple with one bedroom, two bath, laundry, kitchen and living room. All elevations, floor plans, axonometrics, construction documents were done in AutoCAD.

PLANTATION VILLAGE This is a project to be presented to New York City designer Benjamin Noriega Ortiz in April. A condo in Puerto Rico for a small family of three, a middle-aged couple and their young daughter. Shown is the living room and the stairway. Both were built up in Revit and then rendered by hand.

DALTILE COMPETITION 5

The Daltile scholarship competition for 2014 was to find a residential or commercial space in need of renovation, create and redesign that addresses the needs of its users and exhibits excellence in design and creativity with using the datile products. I chose to renovate The Logan Roller Rink, a historic building located in the college town of Logan, Utah, and turn it in to a resturant called Station 22. To design this space I used AutoCAD, handrendering and Photoshop.

SOLE SPA The inspiration for Sole Spa comes from the Koloa Tree Tunnel in Kauai. As one travels through this tree tunnel they are encased by shadows and beauty. The tunnel appears never ending, providing an escape from reality. The trees continue into one point, giving travelers a perspective view. Just like the perspective in the tunnel. This spa was meant to be a place to feel luxuarious. AutoCAD, Revit, handrendering and Photoshop were used to complete this project.

BREAKROOM

VIE MAGAZINE ViE is a magazine company promoting green living. Using products that are sustainable to the environment and helping the company promote green living was the biggest goal for this space. The key element of this breakroom is the unique green wall. By having the planters inset in to the wall not only improves the indoor air quailty of the office but also creates a eye catching design element. AutoCAD and Revit were mainly used for this project.

TIMPANOGOS HOSPITAL 9

The main goal for this project was to make the Labor and Delivery area of the hospital to feel like a boutique hotel rather then a hospital room, a place where the patients and their guests can feel comfortable. The patterens on the wallcovering as well as the fabric on the bed were inspired from pieces of nature. AutoCAD, Revit, handrendering, and Photoshop were used for this project.
