Image Courtesy : veganricha Time Chart Preparation Time : 10 Minutes Cooking Time : 10 minutes Yield : 8-10 servings Essential Ingredients: Canapes (Dip Canapes) : One packet Potato : 1 boiled and finely chopped Carrot : 1 boiled and finely chopped Beans : 10-12 boiled and finely chopped Corn kernels : 1 boiled Capsicum :1 Paneer : 100 gm grated Coriander leaves : 2-3 tablespoons Moong Sprouts : 1 Cup Sev/Aloo Bhujiya : 1 Cup Tamarind and Date Chutney : 1/2 cup Green Chutney (Mint+corriander) : 1/4 cup Tomato ketchup : 1/4 cup
Cheese Salt
: 100 gm grated : To taste
Procedure: 1. Fry the Canape in oil until crispy and light brown (takes about 5 seconds). 2. Mix all the vegetables and fill the canapes with the above ingredients mentioned. 3. Top each one with 1 tsp of tomato ketchup, green chutney and tamarind chutney. 4. Season it with cheese and Bhujiya Sev. 5. Canapes are ready to serve.
