Arroyo | Golden Street

On April 28th, 2024, our seals contributed to our community at “Golden streets” In San Gabriel. Our seals have volunteered at this through assisting in setting up, breaking down, and working at the booths. The first shift went from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and the second shift went from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Our volunteers learned how to engage with others, and got to feel as a part of the community. Overall, our seals greatly impacted the success of the “Golden Streets” Event in San Gabriel by dedicatedly volunteering their time and effort in various areas.

Glendora | STEMsters

Glendora Key Club is now hosting fun experiments at MY Learning Center in San Dimas! In partnering with STEMsters, our members assisted children with handson projects while introducing foundational STEM concepts. With each member assigned to a group of kids, we not only tested their teamwork but also built meaningful connections with them. In the future, we'll be hosting these experiments with STEMsters biweekly!

Sierra Vista | Dons Got Talent

Our first opportunity for community service was at our school’s night market that was held by ASB on April 25th. There we sold 80 milk tea bobas for $5 each. We had a max of four members to sign up. They were in charge of selling and collecting the money. Thankfully our sale was successful and our booth sold out, so we got to cleap up early and watch our two amazing members participate in the talent show.
