Artichoke hearts,drained and quartered lengthwise

Hearts of palm, drained and sliced

INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a salad bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard and oil. Add the remaining ingredients. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. BON APPÉTIT!
