01 About the project This is the project that was given to me by my college professor under the ui /ux subject in which we had to redesign an app.
About the app This redesigned version of the app will help you manage your home delivery orders well.
02 USER RESEARCH To do complete research on the project I went through the various steps which helped me understand my user well. The steps included are listed below.

REASON FOR DELAY IN MAKING ORDER TOO MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. I AM NEVER CONFUSED I DESCIDE EARLY. IT’S RARE WHEN I AM CONFUSED. I DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT TO HAVE. I SEE TOO MANY OPTIONS. I WANT TO EAT EVERYTHING. WHEN I DON’T FIND MY CUISINE . FIRST TIME USER. PROBLEM TO UNDERSTAND.
USER PERSONAS
Problems Respondents indicate that they have problem in wasting food, they are not able to find particular cuisines, lack of reviews, complicated apps, lack of pictures of dish and delayed order making.
Solution The app now solves the problem of time taken while ordering for an old customer as well as the new one by providing the food categories. Now, the serving quantities, pictures of each dish and reviews per dish will also be initiated.
