About BioMaH The 2nd BioMaH Conference is an international interdisciplinary forum of major experts in the field of healthcare sciences, contributing in solving challenging problems in medicine. The second conference edition is designed to facilitate medical doctors, scientists, and professionals in the field, in sharing their needs and in discussing possible research solutions, in an international atmosphere, with invited, oral, and poster presentations. The topics covered are bioactive materials, novel technologies and tissue engineering strategies for: • Cancer: 3D models for tumour research; • Cardiovascular system; • Dentistry; • Musculoskeletal apparatus / Orthopaedics; • Spectroscopy based technologies for Clinics; •Translating biomaterials discoveries to the clinic. However, the conference also accommodates any topic in biomaterials science research.

Transport Information

The Conference Venue is easily reached by train to Frascati in 30 minutes from Termini station where there are Underground A and B lines and a lot of Bus stops. Bus line to Frascati is reached by underground line A (terminus Anagnina) and has the nearest bus stop to the conference venue. Detailed public transportation information on: •

Conference Dinner The Conference dinner will be held on October, 10th at “VECCHIA FRASCA” restaurant located in Frascati – Via G. Buttarelli, 12, at the immediate surroundings of Cathedral. For those of you that don’t come with us on the walking tour, we will be waiting for you in front of the Conference venue at 7:30 PM.

Frascati Promenade After a short presentation on “Ager Tuscolano”, a cultural visit to historical Frascati is planned on October 10th at 4:30 PM. Through a soft guided walking tour the principal Monuments we will visit are: •

M useo Tuscolano, which is on the ground floor of conference venue (a 17th-century building recently renovated by Massimiliano Fuksas), The collection of findings is one of the few historical collections in the province of Rome.

Saint Peter C athedral and its square, built in about 1636 by architect Girolamo Fontana.

M aderno fountain, also known as the water theater, it was built by Carlo Maderno for the Ludovisi family in the seventeenth century.

The duration of the tour is about 2 hours.
