First grade, class 2 (A2) 15Îż Primary School of Evosmos 2013-2014

During the school year 2013-2014 , the pupils of A2 primary Class of our School and our partners in the eTwinning project "The same sun we share as friend" of the Integration Class, Primary School of Astypalaia and B2 Class of A’ Primary School of Engomi (K .A), utilized the Artful Thinking Palette to learn Children’s Rights and to spread our message to all the children of the world. Artful Thinking was developed by the Harvard Graduate School of Education-Project Zero. It is a technique that integrates Art in teaching practice. Visual Art and music are used in the curriculum, aiming to enhance thinking and learning. The main tool is the Artful Thinking Palette with it’s 6 colors. Each color corresponds to a different thinking disposition. In this book we present the way we worked on four paintings, which we associated to children’s Rights. After each painting follows the questionnaire and some indicative pupil’s answers and drawings.
