LP2 : Financial services products and solutions Qualification Success Story
For the past 15 years, LP2 has been providing solutions to companies in Italy and abroad in order to help them manage risk, and has built a wealth of experience in the analysis of credit risk. The company is made up of finance, banking and insurance professionals who are experts at what they do and have developed a series of professional software solutions based on their own personal know-how. These products include the LP2 Credit Risk Management System – a software platform for analyzing and monitoring the credit risk within a company – as well as the LP2 Rating Service, a service that provides automated rating at bank level.
LP2's Credit Risk Management System is currently used by more than 50 Italian banks that directly use it every day to monitor their customer portfolios. The company also provides credit rating services to banks through an online platform which enables its customers to rate the creditworthiness of companies in real time. LP2 believes that the AWS Partner Network (APN) will help them expand their business outside of Italy by leveraging AWS's cloud capabilities. The company is also looking forward to being able to use AWS technologies such as machine learning to improve its products. Our team has recently qualified for the LP2 : Financial services products and solutions Qualification. We would like to share this success story with all of you in the hope of inspiring more Teams to take part in this opportunity.
We are a team of three members based out of Ukraine, and we were invited to participate in this challenge by our manager. We were told that we had 3 months to complete the course and required assessments, and if successful, we will be qualified for the LP2 badge. So, let’s get started! The first thing we did was sit together and prepare a list of questions in advance, so that during our first meeting with the Client Success Manager (CSM), we didn’t waste time on basic questions like “what is an Upwork profile score?” or “what is the difference between JSS vs Job Success Score?” etc. Before that meeting, we also checked out some articles about the qualification process on Upwork, which helped us identify key areas we needed to focus on. We even had a list of suggestions for what topics should be included in the Financial Services course. So, armed with all this information and necessary preparation, we started off with great enthusiasm!
