NOTICE OF POLICY CHANGE The Board of Directors recently chose to change the policy regarding homeowner damage to common walls. The new policy will result in a 50/50% cost the first time damage occurs to common walls due to sprinkler or other homeowner negligence - Either to the paint or to the stucco underneath. The second occurence, the homeowner will be billed 75% of the cost of repairs (The HOA will pay 25%). The third time repairs are made, the homeowner will be billed the full amount of the repairs.
