His talk to us centred around the Gospel of Mark, chapters 4 & 5, where Jesus performed some of His miracles including the calming of the storm; the healing of Jairus ’ daughter and the story of the man possessed by evil spirits. He underlined the fact that Jesus was encouraging his listeners to have faith and this is what Ivor was getting across to his listeners that evening. Later we had a chat around a cup of tea and a chance to inspect his chain of office. R E G I O N A L N E W S KNOCKNINNY METHODIST

KNOCKNINNY METHODIST JUNIORS HAVE BEEN LEARNING ABOUT JESUS’ MIRACLES
Knockninny Junior CE meets each Monday evening at 6.30pm. Our night usually begins with action songs followed by chain prayer. Most nights we have a Bible story. This year we have been learning about the Miracles of Jesus. After the Bible story, we have quizzes, puzzle sheets, and colouring activities. Our night ends with team games. Our favourite is dodge ball!
We had our Parents ’ and Friends ’ Evening on Sunday 30th April 2017. Our special speaker was Sarah Vaughan. The children were presented with Gift Vouchers for Real Life Bookshop in Enniskillen. We also made a banner for the District Challenge Shield Competition.
