The word ‘Redolence’ stands for a pleasant and pungent aroma. Therefore, it is fitting that Redolence has been created with flavours and aromas at the heart of the brand, Redolence is a blend of whiskies from forty different distilleries across scotland. This blend creates a subtle, smooth and complex flavour. Redolence has four key different aromas and flavours. These are:

AFFINITY 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters 2 Oz Dry Vermouth 2 Oz Sweet Vermouth 2 Oz Redolence Whisky Shake & strain, serve in a cocktail glass with a twist of lemon.

CHAMPAGNE JULEP 2 Mint sprigs 1 Tsp Sugar Syrup 3 Oz Redolence Whisky Champagne Crushed ice Muddle some mint leaves with syrup in a tall glass. Fill glass 2/3 full with ice, pour in Redolence Whisky and stir briskly. Top up with champage or wine. Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

FLYING SCOTSMAN 1 Dash Angostura Bitters 1 Dash Sugar Syrup 2 Oz Sweet Vermouth 2 Oz Redolence Whisky Ice Stir & serve in a cocktail glass with ice.

FRENCH MANHATTAN 1 Dash Cointreau 1.5 Oz Dry Vermouth 3 Oz Redolence Whisky Crushed ice Stir & serve with a cherry and crushed ice.


FRISCO 0.5 Oz Benedictine 2 Oz Redolence Whisky 1 Twist Lemon Crushed ice Shake and serve with a twist of lemon.

LORETTO LEMONADE 5 Tbsp Apple Juice 1 Tbsp Lime Juice 1 Tbsp Midori Melon Liqueur 2.5 Tbsp Redolence Whisky Ginger Beer Ice Fill shaker half way with ice, add bourbon, Midori, lime and apple juices and shake well. Strain into a tall glass, top up with ginger beer.

LIBERTY 0.75 Oz Lemon Cordial 1.5 Oz Martini Dry Vermouth 0.75 Oz Southern Mist 1.5 Oz Redolence Whisky Ice Shake & strain in cocktail glass.

MANHATTAN 2 Dash Angostura Bitters 1.5 Oz Sweet Vermouth 3 Oz Redolence Whisky Crushed ice 1 Cherry Stir & serve with a cherry and crushed ice. For a dry cocktail use Dry Vermouth.


MOUNTAIN 1 Egg White 1 Oz Lemon Syrup 3 Dashes Orange Bitters 10 Oz Dry Vermouth 3 Oz Redolence Whisky Shake well & strain.

NEVINS COCKTAIL 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters 0.5 Oz Apricot Liqueur 1 Oz Grapefruit Juice 1 Tsp Lemon Juice 1.5 Oz Redolence Whisky Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Serve in a tumbler.

RED ROVER 0.5 Oz Sloe Gin 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Sugar Syrup 1.5 Oz Redolence Whisky 1 Slice Lemon 1 Slice Peach Mix all ingredients, except fruit slices, with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon and peach slices.

ROYAL WHISKY SOUR 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Sugar Syrup 2 Oz Redolence Whisky 2 Maraschino Cherries Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a blender until cherries are finely chopped and serve in a whisky sour glass.


SARATOGA FIZZ 1 Egg White 1 Tsp Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Lime Juice 1 Tsp Sugar Syrup 1.5 Oz Redolence Whisky 1 Maraschino Cherry Soda Water Mix all ingredients, except soda and cherry, with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a tall glass. Top up with cold soda, garnish with cherry.

SCOTCH SOLACE 2 Oz Double Cream 1 Tsp Clear Honey 2 Oz Milk 1 Oz Triple Sec 3 Oz Redolence Whisky 1 Pinch Nutmeg In a tall tumbler place ice, Scotch whisky and Triple sec, stir in honey cream and milk. Stir & serve with grated nutmeg, or a twist of orange or lemon

S.S. MANHATTAN 0.5 Oz Benedictine 2 Oz Orange Juice 1.5 Oz Redolenc e Whisky Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker and serve in a cocktail glass.

WHISKY SOUR 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice 1 Oz Sugar Syrup 3 Oz Redolence Whisky 1 Twist Lemon Shake, strain & serve with a twist of lemon.
