COVID-19 Vaccination Center Every

The Grace Vargas Senior Center is a vaccination location, and awaiting walk ups! There’s no line and, as an advocate of our community seeking every opportunity to encourage “Healthy Rialto”, I would encourage you to go to the site, at 1411 South Riverside Avenue, Rialto, as soon as possible. The only requirement is you live, or work in SB County and are 16 years of age, or older.

Please, get the vaccination for your health, your family and our community!

Spotlight: Azyah & Azuan Rice Azyah and Azuan Rice, offsprings of Aimii Gonzales, Eisenhower Alumni, are undefeatable when it comes to wrestling. This brother and sister duo represent Rialto in the best way possible; through a sport that they love. Azyah, 10U wrestler, placed second at the Reno Worlds in April. Also, she took 1st place in Texas and is recognized as a National Champion in Wrestling for her age category. We are so proud of the hard work and time dedicated that you both have put forward!

Spotlight: Complete Health Store The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month. So, we would like to encourage residents to look into healthy brain supplements especially through this dif cult season we have faced. Jafna Davies (pictured), the Store Manager at Complete Health Store, is here to recommend a few supplements that can help your mind and body. “During the past year, the mental health of many has been tested. Our everyday stressors may have sent us into bouts of Complete Health Store | 1756 N. Riverside Ave. Rialto CA, 92376

depression, anxiety, and or mental instability. Take the time to breathe, meditate, and/or exercise to release those endorphins. Here are a few natural supplements to help the mind and body while reducing stress anxiety:

5-HTP (also known as 5-hydroxytryptophan) – is the building block to L-tryptophan, an amino acid created in the body. 5-HTP is used for stress reduction, insomnia, and depression.” Thank you to Jafna for providing information on healing mind and body and if you would like to visit the store, the address is 1756 N.
