Vaccinations by the numbers As of September, 2 million doses have been administered to county residents. Those who are fully vaccinated are 971,000+, making 53.8% of the county fully vaccinated. COVID-19 Booster Shots Information While San Bernardino County continues providing third-dose COVID-19 vaccines to immunocompromised people, the availability of third booster shots for all Americans who received mRNA vaccines P zer and Moderna is still in ux. Booster shots were expected to be available beginning Sept. 20 to people eight months following their second shot, but the date could be pushed back and only P zer recipients may be eligible at rst, according to Dr. Anthony Fauci, chief medical advisor to President Biden. Mixing and matching vaccine brands may not be recommended, meaning that an individual who received the rst or second dose of one type of mRNA vaccine would be recommended to
Health
receive an additional dose of the same brand. Currently, there is not enough data to support getting an mRNA dose if someone previously received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Recipients of Johnson & Johnson will likely need a booster dose of the same vaccine, but more information and data is expected from the CDC in the coming weeks. County-run Testing Sites Using both Fulgent lab and Healthvana
for e-results, results will take between 24-72 hours. If you are experiencing issues with results, call the County COVID-19 Call Center at 909-387-3911.

Success on the Recall Vote!
Thank you to all constituents, community members, and all for voting ‘NO’ on the recall against Governor Gavin Newsom. In an effort to do our part, I hosted a text and taco night, where I asked volunteers of the city like Owen Knapper and Jackson VanVleet who helped send over 6000 texts to vote NO. Thank you for your votes and efforts!
