Studying with us
Our workshops have been designed and equipped by industry specialists to provide you with an excellent learning environment. You will learn how engines are put together and how to use computer diagnostic software. You will gain practical skills on a wide variety of vehicles using up-to-date equipment and diagnostic tools and develop your theoretical knowledge using custom-built training rigs and interactive resources.
We also take pride in giving our students opportunities to further their knowledge and experience with our amazing industry connections!

L1 Automotive Maintenance You will be assessed through online tests, workshop activities and set assignments. 1 year
L2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair You will be assessed through online tests, workshop activities and set assignments.
L2 Vehicle Fitting Principles
L3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
L3 Vehicle Accident Repair in Mechanical, Electrical and Trim Principles You will be assessed through written assignments and there will also be a computer-based multi choice exam and written test during the year to cover the units studied.
You will also be required to build a portfolio of evidence from workshop practical activities carried out in College. 1 year
The assessments for this qualification have a practical focus and combine various assessment styles/methodologies in order to suit the subject and levels of units contained within it.
Assessment methods include practical assignments, written assignments and online tests. 1 year
