What a beautiful morning yesterday before all the golfers, and the rain came in. If I have to be anywhere before 7am, it’s usually not pleasant. However, this will always be my one exception

Why I Love the Yoga Classes at CCA!

When my husband and I moved to Asheville in January, one of my goals was to take yoga classes to improve my flexibility. When we joined at CCA, I started attending Paula's classes Since then, my flexibility has improved tremendously What I didn't expect to gain however, was the increase in strength and overall sense of well-being.
