RALEIGH COUNTRY CLUB'S EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR: DAVIS BATEMAN In his 5+ years at Raleigh Country Club, Davis has progressed from our Outside Operations Staff to his current role as Assistant Golf Professional. His passion and knowledge for the game of golf has allowed Davis to focus more on teaching and club fitting, as well as helping oversee daily golf operations. His outgoing personality and commitment to service has allowed him to form many close relationships with our Members. Teaming up with Head Golf Professional Thomas Walker, they have grown our RCC Ops 36 program over the last two years and continue to educate and evolve the talents of our junior golfers. Outside of Raleigh Country Club, the majority of his time is spent with his wife Leigh, and son Tyson, and as a 2017 graduate, cheering on his beloved UNC Tarheels.

Thank you for your holiday donations! Raleigh Country Club members donated to over 20 kids through The Salvation Army Angel Tree program! Our members filled 3 boxes going to the Toys for Tots program, and for every child that wrote a letter to Santa during our Polar Express event, Macy’s donated a $1 to Make a Wish.
