Come and enjoy the Taste of the Sea as Chef John collaborates with Lowcountry Shellfish out of Charleston, SC, to highlight the freshest seafood this family run business has to offer. The menu will include starters, salads, and entrees all created to showcase the talents of the RCC Culinary Staff and the high quality of seafood from Lowcountry Shellfish.
This Valentine’s Day, indulge in a romantic wine dinner with your sweetheart. An intimate four-course meal prepared by Chef John will be paired with award-winning wines from Orin Swift Cellars. Established in 1998, Orin Swift Cellars was started by winemaker David Phinney. David has a long history of winemaking at high end wineries in the Napa Valley including Robeth Mondavi Winery and Whitehall Lane. He paid tribute to his parents with the name of this winery – Orin is his father’s middle name and Swift is his mother’s maiden name.
SUSHI NIGHT FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 4 I 6:00PM-9:00PM Sushi is a very healthy meal! It's a good source of heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids thanks to the fish it's made with. Sushi is also low in calories. This event will kick off our HEART HEALTHY WEAR RED DAY!
