Welcome! Has sustainability become a hot topic, but still lacks dayday process change and implementation inside your entity? As a network, we have been aiming to eliminate EP fee to allow us to grow being sustainable, but we are not there yet. WHO HOST THE MOST is a call for AIESEC in Portugal to commit to Host Family product and deliver the best summer peak!
The rules 1. Each LC is participating since the beginning. 2. There should be one LC responsible for the challenge who will submit the tasks. 3. Task Based: There are different areas of tasks that LCs must complete before 19th of May in order to be officially certified as LCs hostees. 4. You can work together with other LCs but each one submit it’s own material and mention LC partner (to avoid copy-pasting).
During Mayco we will recognize the best LCs and the ones who already completed the challenge.
The tasks • The challenge is divided in 3 blocks • You can’t start block 3 at least you have three tasks done of block 1 and block 2.
1. LC engagement and preparation
• You need to submit at least one task each week. • You must submit the tasks in the link: bit.ly/whohostthemost • The task only counts if the LC Responsible sends an email to socialprojects@aiesec.pt and vartika.kakkar@aiesec.net announcing the task is done. • In the drive there will be a folder called “Hints” with a video explaining the task, materials to help you fulfill the task and examples in some of them.
2. Rocking in promotion
3. Setting little BIG details
Blocks
1. LC engagement and preparation
Host Family is an important responsibility of the LC and it will only work well if all the members understand it and are engaged promoting it and hosting.
Moreover, before starting the proper promotion we need to get some things done. This block is to complete this.
Blocks This is the most important block because this is where all the magic happens.
2. Rocking in promotion
By magic we mean promotion, promotion in every shape and color since this is the way we will get the contacts to convert into host.
