ENVIRONMENTAL WORKSHOP
25TH NOVEMBER 2021, 10AM TO 4.50PM The Midland and Southern Sections of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling supported by SIBA are delighted to invite you to an Environmental Workshop at Nottingham University. The event is also backed by SIBA and the Brewers Journal. The event is organised around four panels and a keynote speaker to sum up the findings, but most of all we want to hear from you so we can share best practice and explore industry opportunities to improve our carbon footprint. The meeting will run from 10.00am to 4.30pm with tea, beer, and lunch breaks, with four panels discussing particular problems to cover the complete supply chain from “grain to glass” with active contribution from the audience. We want to hear your ideas. This is a not-for-profit event and a small sum of £30.00 per head is required to cover the cost of refreshment. To register please log on to Eventbrite before 22nd November at the IBD website to register and pay. Limited to first 40 delegates. Everyone is welcome and we look forward to seeing you there and hearing your ideas For further information please contact the organiser. Tim O’Rourke tim@brilliantbeer.com 07979 751988
