Who Should Attend?
The two-level courses, scheduled over two days, provide powerful tools and information that can be applied immediately when participants return to their work. To encourage dynamic interaction amongst participants and between the faculty and participants, participants will complete small assignments in small group meetings, review materials, discuss business problems and solutions and exchange ideas.
Fundamental (Level 1)
• Shopping centre & retail managers, assistant managers and operations managers with three or less years of industry experience.

Mastering shopping center marketing requires the development of marketing plans that go beyond the basics, and build center value through a mix of sponsorships, advertising, public relations, partnerships and the savvy application of market research. Designed for professionals with three or more years of experience, you will learn how to develop a comprehensive marketing plan and how to refine your strategy through the effective use of analytics.
