KOTLET
D IRECTIONS :
1. Peel the potatoes, then grate and pour them into a bowl.
2. Peel onion and grate it in the bowl with the potatoes. Press the grated potatoes and onions by hand to remove their excess water. Add the ground meat.
3. Chop the parsley and coriander, add the garlic powder, chickpea flour, egg, some salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the bowl and mix the ingredients well until well-mixed.
4. Cover the bowl with cellophane, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or an hour, and let the Kotlet rest.
5. In a pan, add some oil and let it heat up. With a wet hand, shape the mixture into round shapes; then flatten them with your hand.
6. Pour the mixture into the pan and let one side of to fry. After they get a golden, turn them around.
7. Place some paper tissues on a plate and put the kotlets on them, to remove the excess oil from them. Them, place them on a plate and garnish with tomato, pickles, lettuce. Serve it with pita bread.
