Menorca’s enduring appeal with a simple laidback way of life, a stunning natural environment, excellent gastronomy, rich culture and history has made it even more desirable. Menorca’s local government continues to follow strict building policies on development to preserve Menorca’s UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status. These regulations also help maintain the balance of supply and demand on the island.
Last year was one of the most successful for E&V Menorca with over 15 years experience on the island. Spanish buyers dominated the market followed by French, British, German, and latterly Americans. All types of property sold last year with high demand for seaside locations. Prices remained stable apart from Mahón which Spanish buyers favor for its proximity to the international airport.
El atractivo perdurable de Menorca con un estilo de vida sencillo y relajado, en un entorno natural deslumbrante y con una rica cultura y gastronomía, la ha hecho aún más deseable. El gobierno de la isla sigue aplicando una estricta política de construcción para mantener el estatus de Menorca como Reserva de la Biosfera de la UNESCO. Estas regulaciones mantienen el equilibrio entre la oferta y la demanda.
El año pasado fue muy exitoso para E&V Menorca con más de 15 años de experiencia en la isla. Los compradores españoles dominaron el mercado, seguidos de franceses, británicos, alemanes y estadounidenses. Se vendieron todo tipo de propiedades y los precios se mantuvieron estables, excepto Mahón, que los compradores españoles prefieren por su proximidad al aeropuerto internacional.

L'éternel attrait de Minorque consiste en un mode de vie décontracté, un bel environnement naturel, une excellente gastronomie, une histoire et une richesse culturelle. Le gouvernement local poursuit sa politique stricte en matière de construction afin que Minorque garde son statut de réserve de biosphère de l'UNESCO.
L'année dernière fut des meilleures pour E&V Menorca en plus de 15 ans d'expérience. Les acheteurs nationaux ont dominé le marché, suivis des français, britanniques, allemands et, plus récemment, américains. Tous types de biens furent vendus l'an passé avec une forte demande pour ceux situés en bord de mer. Les prix sont restés stables sauf à Mahón que les acquéreurs espagnols privilégient pour sa proximité à l'aéroport.

Diese Vorschriften wahren das Gleichgewicht zwischen Angebot und Nachfrage.
Das vergangene Jahr war eines der erfolgreichsten für E&V Menorca mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung auf der Insel. Spanische Käufer dominierten den Markt, gefolgt von Franzosen, Briten, Deutschen und zuletzt Amerikanern. Die Preise blieben stabil, mit Ausnahme von Mahón, das von spanischen Käufern wegen seiner Nähe zum internationalen Flughafen bevorzugt wird.
