FUN FITNESS FOR OVER FIFTIES –Katrina Friday April 17th—June 26th 2-3pm $125.00 11 weeks In the studio at the Meredith Community Centre. “Strength and fitness” class for focusing on the over 50 age group. Suitable for men and women of all fitness levels and abilities and will benefit those with health conditions, including osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes and chronic heart disease. All classes are supervised by a qualified and experienced trainer, specialising in the needs of older adults.

Tuesday April 14th-June 23rd 9.30-10.30am $125.00 11 weeks ALSO Thursday April 16th—June 25th 9.30-10.30am $125.00 11 weeks Tai Chi is a moving form of meditation. The movements have a low impact on the body and help to maintain a healthy body and mind. Each class is structured to ease the participant through particular movements. Participants of varying ages and abilities are encouraged to learn at their own pace, gaining greater strength and balance throughout the classes.

MEREDITH COOKING CLUB Meredith Cooking club is held monthly on Wednesday evenings, from 6pm onwards. The finishing times will vary depending on the cooking program for the evening. Given the size of the kitchens to be used for the cooking events, unfortunately numbers will have to be limited and bookings for each of the events along with a deposit will be required to secure a slot.
