Suitable for men and women of all fitness levels and abilities and will benefit those with health conditions, including osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes and chronic heart disease. All classes are supervised by a qualified and experienced trainer, specialising in the needs of older adults.

BEER MAKING Tutor: John Dates: Monday August 11th & 25th Time: 7-9pm Cost: $40 Learn about making your own beer. Our tutor John will be teaching 2 different brews and you will be able to take home the fruits of your labour. John will also be talking about how you can make gluten free beer and other great tips and tricks.
ROOM HIRE The Community Centre has rooms to hire for group meetings as well as for training purposes. Great local facilities at Reasonable rates.
