STIHL HLA 85 Weighing only 4.4kg (without the battery), the HLA 85 is a versatile long-reach hedge trimmer that features an adjustable cutter, making it ideal for vertical, overhead and ground-level cutting on tall and deep hedges. Powered by a 36V battery, the tool offers a runtime of 144 minutes when used in conjunction with the recommended STIHL AP 200 battery. To give landscapers a safer approach to taller hedges, the HLA 85 can be extended from 2.6m to a total length of 3.3m via a quick release mechanism, making shaft length
adjustments quick and simple. The cutter bar can be adjusted by 115 degrees to suit the needs of any application and can be folded down to 1.8m to easily fit into a vehicle.
STIHL HLA 65 Weighing only 3.5kg (without the battery), the HLA 65 is a cordless long-reach hedge trimmer that is perfect for tackling tall and wide hedges. Powered by a 36V battery and when used with the recommended STIHL AP 100 battery, the trimmer has a run time of 72 minutes, giving professionals plenty of time to tidy up hedges around the garden.

To help landscapers reach any difficult areas, the HLA 65 has a total length of 2.05m, allowing users to cut up to a height of over four metres from the ground without the need for ladders. The doublesided cutting blade allows for easy and safe vertical and horizontal trimming and the cutter bar is adjustable by 115 degrees, giving the ability to cut both overhead and vertically with ease. In addition, the tool can be folded down to a length of just 125cm, making transportation and storage simple.
