All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If a show is rescheduled, postponed, or canceled, you are presented with the option to exchange your tickets, transfer your ticket value to a gift card, or donate your ticket value to the Opera House. When purchasing tickets online or by phone, a $10 per ticket facility fee and a $5 per order handling fee will be charged. For orders placed in person at the Box Office, the $5 handling fee is waived. If you choose to have your tickets delivered directly to your home, there is an additional $3 per order shipping fee. There are no fees for emailed or will call tickets.
