There is a whole bunch of veggie choices around and all one can do is choose your favorite veggies and throw them in the wok or skillet then sauté them with a choice of favorite ingredients. Then you will have that magical flavorful dish on your table. Vegetables are very easy ingredients to cook and prepare. They should however be fresh to have the best tasting veggies in the dish. When you stir fry vegetables, make sure that you cut or slice them into uniform bite sizes, for easy, uniform cooking. As you stir fry these vegetables, they will continue to wilt and you can easily control its cooking by lowering heat if you still want it a little crisp but tender. Just add little salt or some don’t even use salt and prefer to have their veggies as naturally tasting as it is. For this article, we will share with you a simple, quick and flavorful veggie stir fry that you will never grew tired of cooking. OUR HOMEGROWN VEGETARIAN STIR FRY: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: • For the sauce: • One tablespoon soy sauce • One tablespoon garlic powder • One tablespoon onion powder • One tablespoon ginger powder • One tablespoon hoisin sauce • One teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce • For the stir fry: • One cup broccoli florets • One half cup carrots, sliced into bite sizes • One half cup baby corn • One half cup mushrooms, sliced into bite sizes • One fourth cup baby bok choy, shredded • One fourth cup peas • One clove of garlic, crushed and please remove skins then slice them into pieces • One medium size garlic, please remove skins and slice • Two tablespoons of canola oil • Salt and pepper to taste HOW TO MAKE IT: • Prepare ingredients according to the list above. • Heat pot of salted water on your American stove and blanch the broccoli and carrots for two minutes when it boils. Remove the veggies and drain the water. Please reserve the veggies. • Prepare your sauce by combining the sauce ingredients on the list. Stir until smooth and reserve. • Begin frying by heating a wok or a large skillet over high flame on your American stove. Add the canola oil and then the garlic plus th4e onion. Stir for two minutes until they are fragrant. • Then add the mushrooms and stir for two minutes. Then add the broccoli and carrot, peas and baby corn. Stir fry for another four minutes, until the veggies are soft but still crispy. • Then pour the sauce to the veggies and stir fry until the sauce coats the veggies very well. • Then add the shredded bok choy to the veggies and do not disturb.
