Letter from your
DIVISION NEWS EDITOR Hey Red Bulls! I’m Angie Vo and I serve as your Division News Editor for the 2020-2021 term! For this edition of the Red Bulletin, its theme revolves around our service project of the month: paper cranes for a local nursing facility. My favorite feature of the division newsletter is that it showcases all the hard work that each club has put in. With it being difficult to promote normal service events, each club has been creative in the service projects they do send out. From sewn face masks to thank you cards, our division has accomplished so much despite the current pandemic. I hope you enjoy the August edition of the newsletter!

Letter from your
LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR What’s Stompin’ Red Bulls! I know right now is a rough time with California shutting down again. Unfortunately, San Diego schools will be online this Fall. I myself don’t personally know how this will impact the rest of this term, but I do know that we will get through it together. Please try your best to keep on serving! Quarantine has impacted all Key Clubbers but I know all of you can get at least Bronze level for MRP. I hope you all did well on your AP tests! The stress is over and it’s time to relax. To all my Seniors, try to get a head start on college applications. We have a hard year with a lot of class of 2020 taking a gap year. You all deserve to have the same opportunities so make the most of this time. Thank you to everyone participating in our Freerice competition! I can’t believe how many grains we achieved. I’m so lucky to have all of the Division 37 South clubs SUPER active this term. You all make me so proud!
With that enjoy the August newsletter Redbulls!

RECAP Westview x Cathedral Catholic
Community Clean Up Key Clubbers of Westview High School and Cathedral Catholic High School collaborated to clean up local parks. While being mindful to the current pandemic, participants attended one of the four shifts with a mask, a pair of gloves, and a positive attitude. Those interested had the option to choose from one of three local parks. Although there was a maximum of five members per shift, the event had a great turnout.

MEMBER Recognition program
What is it? Member Recognition Program, or MRP, awards dues paid Key Clubbers using a four level system: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.
Each level has a different set of criteria. Your progress is tracked on your club’s Monthly Report Form (MRF).
