INTRODUCTION MimANY + DTA ARCHITECTS: Our immediate environment is a space that we subconsciously create and inhabit. We can make this space very familiar, or we can expose ourselves to unfamiliar elements that provoke our response and re-evaluation. There are many sources of inspiration: one only has to observe closely. It is possible to have set ideas of what architecture should be, but first we need to understand why things are a certain way. Founded by Minh Tran, Studio MimANY+DTA is a human infrastructure of skilled craftsmen and architects who design and build the work directly. Gathered through time, this group shares an environment created from an iterative process, where ideas are explored through the production of large-scale mock-ups, models, material studies, sketches and drawings. Here projects are developed through careful consideration of place and a practice that draws from. Traditional skills, local building techniques, materials, and an ingenuity arising from limited resources. The essence of our work lies in the relationship between land and architecture, it requires coming to terms with the presence of the environment through the succession of seasons. Inspired by real life conditions, we observe the complexity of relationships within each project without any assumption or prejudice. Our attempt is to remain intuitive, and look for a space to initiate a dialogue. It is through this practice that the matter being observed naturally reveals itself. The endeavor is to show the genuine possibility in creating buildings that emerge through a process of collective dialog, a face-to-face sharing of knowledge through imagination, intimacy, and modesty

ARCHITECTURE â&#x20AC;&#x201C; INTERIOR - FURNITURE Through extensive experience working with commercial and institutional clients on architecture, interior, furnitures projects, as well as proven capability delivering exceptional outcomes at all scales, Minh Tran Architect (MimANY Studio) are uniquely positioned to provide the breadth and depth of experience required to execute a range of services for all project stages; from brief development, design, authority approvals, management of consultant teams, procurement, and post-occupancy studies. This foundation of experience provides the practice with a sound understanding and appreciation for the architects can play in delivering unique and tailored . Architecture projects for clients, regardless of scale, budget and site. MimANY Studio are also experienced in the delivery of commercial and institutional projects, which gives the practice a solid understanding of the most current approaches to resilient and sustainable construction methods. SERVICE Minh Tran Architect (MimANY Studio) are experienced in providing a range of services for Architecture projects for Condos, Education, Housing and commercial and institutional projects. The practiceâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s areas of expertise include: Project Management throughout all project phase; Interior and architectural design; Design of specialized and technical spaces; Integration of outdoor and landscape space ; Integration with existing and heritage building; Sustainable design of interiors projects. The practice develops close relationships with clients in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for their corporate identity, working methodology, program and budget. Minh Tran has observed that issues of sustainability, security, resilient, flexibility and safe are also increasingly important considerations for commercial and institutional clients. Unique, customized interiors are also an important tool for organizations to differentiate themselves and make a statement about the quality of services they provide. COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION As every client, site and brief is unique, Minh Tran Architect (MimANY Studio ) believe in developing projects from first principles rather than repeating previous and existing solutions. Through a process of close collaboration with clients, as well as trough analysis and appropriate testing, Minh Tran regularly delivers high quality projects that are unique and for which clients feel a strong sense of design ownership. While the consultation process for each project typically evolves to suit specific client needs and desired level of participation, the basic structure is simple and is outlined in the diagram below. This broad methodology for delivering quality outcome for all projects involves numerous stages. Each stage is repeated as required and outcomes from each stage feed back into the process to test and refine the output. On commercial and institutional projects the architect is typically dealing with spaces that clients are more overtly expert with than the architect. Minh Tran understands this fact and have developed skills for interpreting clients needs and delivering spaces that perfectly integrate with their working methodology as well as corporate and social identify

TYPICAL PROJECT STAGES Minh Tran Architect (MimANY Studio) encourages a collaborative process for all project types and stages. This allows projects to benefit from the personal experience of clients and unique tailoring to their needs. Commercial and institutional interior fit-out projects involve a number of stages and typically require engagement with a number of different consultants as well as multiple authority approvals. MimANY Studio are well experienced at guiding and advising clients through this process by providing full Project Management services during all project phases. As Projects Managers, MimANY Studio provide agency for clients in the management of the consultant team and throughout procurement and construction. Whilst the process is unique for every project, the typical stages for an interiors project are outlined in the diagram to the right. Regardless of the project stage, MimANY Studio take a rigorous approach to ensuring that clients receive not only a great design, but also the best value and built outcome. Reflecting the importance of team continuity and clear lines of communication for the client, all Minimum Studio projects are assigned an integrated team of long serving senior staff.

PRACTICE PROFILE Minh Tran Architect (MimANY Studio) was established in Vietnam in 2001 . The practice has expertise in architecture, interiors and environmentally sustainable design with studios in Vietnam, American servicing projects in Vietnam and Asia. The design intensive practice has been purposefully structured to allow Minh Tran to personally take a lead role in all commissions from design inception through the construction phase to completion. The culture of the practice fosters a collaborative studio where ideas are explored for each project. The practice has a great interest in the role that well made buildings play in the communities and environments they intend to serve. With each project MimANY Studio works to make evocative places and buildings that are memorable and that are clearly legible in teams of how they are partially organizes and constructed. The practice has a deep passion for developing construction methods and material knowledge to produce unique buildings that respond directly to each client, brief and circumstance. Te practiceâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s approach to client briefs is not only responsive but also pro-active. The diversity of projects within the practice has developed a robust design sensibility and process. Decision making and communication is directly managed by each staff member. Each project has the same team leader for all phases which ensures continual refinement of the ideas and building quality and a single point of contact for the client. It is through our efforts in the planning process, attention to the detail, and an intimate approach during construction that we are confident of making fine architecture at every scale. Current and recent projects range in values from $0.01M to $40M. The diversity of projects include: Furniture, landscape, single residences, inter -ior fit out, university and school building, hotel and resort.
